How would we live? What would that look like?
We, “Occupy: The Odyssey”, would like to examine that question and reveal it in a candid and authentic way.
Dozens of us with various skills, arts, and trades will travel America and visit various community-living spaces, green-urban-spaces and #Occupies to investigate how it all works and can the greater human community change its choices and actions in a way that will give our and future generations peace and health.
Some of the questions we are seeking answers to are:
How did this community get started?
What are some of the challenges you faced starting up?
What are the major challenges and how do you work as a group to problem solve?
What are the days like?
How do you have fun?
How do you see the future societies of humans?
What can we do collectively to live more sustainably?
Our media team has decades of experience documenting the movement that is finally sweeping the United States. We intend to show images of the world as it is becoming. We want to convey the wave of understanding that is sweeping the human community world-wide.
We intend to bring our various gifts together for this extensive project to examine a world that relies on green energy and organic farming. One that uses a sustainable economic systems and encourages local trade. We want to convey images of our reconnection with nature as the natural beings that we are.
We are looking for community partners to help us on this Odyssey.
A journey such as this requires all manner of resources, and we are looking for partners to join us on this endeavor and we want to share our unique gifts in trade.
We come with our various arts, music and our exposure on the airwaves. We are an eclectic community and we tend to effervesce family.
We are looking for communities that would like to share their story and spend time with us on our journey. We will, of course, need the basics of living and traveling and are looking for sponsoring partners to help along the way.
If you are an organization that wishes to see a healthy and balanced life documented and presented in a powerful and yet joyous way, then we have a common goal. And it is our passion.
There are many ways we can all work together to see this Odyssey come to life, and we would love an opportunity to meet with you and share our vision.
Thank you so much for your time and consideration and we hope to meet with you soon
Most sincerely, Kelly Johnson
